Of course, and I’m more than happy to help you get started and share some tips. Thing is, Disney has made the vacation planning process pretty darn complicated over the past decade. • Provide a detailed daily itinerary of recommendations using crowd forecasting tools, historic wait time insights, seasonal attendance trends, and other insider tips and tricks to ensure you spend more time making magical memories and less time waiting in lines

• Answer any and all questions leading up to your vacation.

What if I have already booked my trip — can I still use you to help plan?

In many cases, yes! I realize some of you discover us after you’ve already booked your vacation directly with Disney. If you’ve booked your trip within the last 30 days and you are not yet paid in full, you can transfer your reservation for free and receive all the same amazing Crescent Lake Travel benefits as if you had originally booked it through us.

What if Disney announces a new discount after I book my trip? 

You’re in luck! Once you book your Disney vacation, we regularly monitor and apply promotions to ensure you are getting the lowest price possible on your Disney vacation. In fact, as an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner, we often receive information about discounts and promotions for Disney vacations before the general public does — so we’ll make sure you score every deal. 

How much experience do you have with Disney vacations?

A ton. I’ve been traveling regularly to Walt Disney World, Disneyland and Disney Cruise Line for more than three decades. In particular, I specialize in Walt Disney World vacations — I have been dozens of times, stayed in nearly every resort, and experienced each ride and attraction more times than I would care to admit.

When I’m not visiting the parks, I’m constantly reading, listening, and learning everything there is to know about these ever-evolving destinations.

Do you plan group trips?

You bet — the more the merrier! We’re happy to help you plan a magical family reunion, school trip, corporate retreat, and more. 

Can you help us with special events and experiences? 

Absolutely. Interested in a runDisney race through the theme parks? No — I’m lucky to have a career that I love (I work in public relations for a wonderful company based in California). This will never be my career — it’s just for fun, because I genuinely enjoy helping people plan magical Disney vacations.
